The weather certainly played its part, with the rain staying away long enough for us to enjoy our Parent and Pupil Sukkah-
decorating Party.
Our festivities started with each of us building a yummy edible sukkah, while trying not to eat the mouth-watering choc
biscuits and sweets during construction. After admiring the handiwork, the Sukkot were devoured before you could say, “Chag
Sameach”!
Then it was time for parents and kids to get on with the business of hanging, colouring, cutting and designing, to ensure that
our ‘real’ Eden Sukkah was the envy of all. Shlomo made sure that every person had the opportunity to participate in the
mitzvah of Lulav and Etrog.
We certainly took advantage of the fact that Sukkot fell during the term this year. Prayers, lessons and Shabbat parties were
held in our gorgeously decorated Sukkah.
We wish our matriculants luck with their matric finals.
